Our private chef Fabiana, from Salento, who has decades of experience cooking for many high-end palazzos and masseria kitchens, is passionate about traditional Cucina Salentina. Her daily menus, which include using our homegrown citrus fruit, pomegranates, and fresh herbs, are full of locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, to which she adds her own twists to create new takes on classic Pugliese cooking.
